Human Resources and Training Application aims to build an integrated system for monitoring personnel affairs as employees to track their training courses. Therefore, in designing the application, it was considered that the basic data of the employee can be entered while providing the possibility of using the data by different departments within the company.

First: Objectives of the Application:

  1. Saving the basic financial, personal, and job-related data of the employee and retrieving it according to the type of request.

  2. Monitoring reports on efficiency, periodic bonuses, promotions, and retrieving them.

  3. Monitoring and retrieving cases of termination of service and the reasons behind it.

  4. Monitoring regular, sick, unpaid leaves, work-related injuries registration, and retrieval of the organizational structure, job requirements, and employee placement according to the established job decisions and categorizing their types.

  5. Monitoring, retrieving, and recording penalties imposed on employees.

  6. Monitoring financial disclosure acknowledgments.

  7. Preparing statistics of various types of labor classified according to cost centers, classification categories, and job grade categories.

  8. The General Administration of Personnel Affairs is responsible for providing the company with suitable labor and monitoring the employee's compliance regarding attendance, absence, taking regular or sick leave, receiving bonuses, promotions, unpaid leaves, or secondment, and others.


Second: Reports related to the Human Resources Application are divided into five main groups:

1. Records Reports: (Employees outside service, pension, termination of service, according to date of birth, according to type of appointment, according to marital status, according to military service, according to place of residence, basic data).

2. Job Movements: (Leaves, penalties, bonuses, transfers, secondment and loan, promotions, financial progression, job progression, termination of service, financial disclosure, employer movements, job status).

3. Monitoring Reports: (Leave balances, performance evaluation, training courses, referral to retirement, educational movement, seniority).

4. Statistical Reports: (Workforce during the month, employees by job type, by gender, by job type, in leadership positions, leaves).

5. Periodic and Special Bonus Report.
