Hospital Management Program with Patient Reception and Registration (ADT)
This module allows for the complete registration of patient data, such as personal information, date of birth, occupation, nationality, address, next of kin's address, infectious diseases, patient type (local, foreign, free), the affiliated entity (medical insurance provider), the attending physician, and the direct physician.
Reception of emergency patients, allowing registration without basic data.
Ability to register large numbers of emergency patients, as in cases of mass accidents or wars (Mass Entry), where the entry number is recorded and the receipt is automatically printed.
Admission of patients to hospital rooms through reviewing the hospital room map, specifying accommodation based on specialization, room grades, and floors. The map can be printed, displaying both occupied and vacant rooms, with the option to print.
Capability to transfer patients from one room to another and from one department to another.
Ability to discharge patients and record a discharge note, including the date and reason for discharge, responsible physician, and subsequent follow-up dates.
Capability to receive cash payments in advance for inpatient services.
