Production System

Identifying the components that make up the product (under operation, semi-finished product, finished product...) in different proportions or quantities.

When producing this product, SAWA assembles its components in different proportions (while identifying any production deviations if found) and converts them into the new product at a new average unit price.

Similarly, production occurs in different stages depending on the nature of the product and its processing stages.

Production is not limited to direct elements only; indirect elements (such as water, lighting, and labor) can also be added.

The system allows for recording the product's component card from materials, with the possibility of compositions for the single product. Additionally, it enables the input of various production plans, with the system generating a report on the required quantities to fulfill the production plan (purchase plan), taking into account the material balances (actual balance, reserved balance, free balance, goods in transit).

The system allows for entering and monitoring work order data and generates a report on the material requirements for each work order.

It also enables the extraction of a report on the net materials consumed for a specific work order, as well as deviations of materials from standard quantities.

The system tracks the production plan and generates a report on the production plan status, detailing the planned, executed, and remaining quantities for all items. Additionally, it allows for the extraction of a report on the cost of a specific work order or the cost of work orders during a specific period.
