Human Resources and Training Application
This application aims to establish a comprehensive system for monitoring personnel affairs, including tracking training courses for employees. The design of the application allows for the input of basic employee data, with the flexibility for different departments within the company to utilize the data.
Objectives of the Application:
Store basic financial, personal, and job-related employee data and retrieve it based on the type of employee.
Monitor and retrieve reports on competency, periodic bonuses, promotions, and reasons for leaving the service.
Track regular and sick leaves, unpaid leaves, and work-related injuries. Record and retrieve the organizational structure, job conditions, and employee assignments based on job decisions.
Monitor and retrieve signed penalties on employees.
Track financial disclosure statements.
Prepare statistics on various types of labor, categorized by cost centers, job classifications, and salary grades.
The General Administration of Personnel Affairs is responsible for providing the company with suitable labor, monitoring the attendance and absence of employees, managing regular or sick leave, and overseeing bonuses, promotions, and other related matters.

Records Reports: (Employees out of service, pension, service termination, by date of birth, by type of appointment, by marital status, by military service, by residence, basic data).
Functional Movements Reports: (Leaves, Discipline, bonuses, transfers, Secondments and assignments, promotions, financial progress, job progression, service termination, financial liability, employer movements, job status).
Monitoring Reports: (Leave balances, performance competency assessments, training courses, referral to retirement, academic movements, seniorities).
Statistical Reports: (Labor during the month, employees by job type, by gender, by job category, in charge, leaves).
Periodic and Special Bonuses Report.
